If you are unable to make a scheduled court-ordered fine payment due to financial hardship, you may:
*request a 30-day extension to pay (maximum two extensions) online, by phone, by mail or in person. Click here for court contact information.
*submit a request for reduction by visiting the MyCitations website here.
*write to the court and request community service/volunteer work in lieu of all or part of the fine as allowed by law.
*request a payment plan or reduction in payment amount (if above $35/month).
*submit a written explanation of your financial hardship and inability to pay to the court. You may also submit a Can't Afford to Pay Fine, TR-320 form. You will be notified by mail of the court's decision. Any prior orders in your case requiring payment will remain in effect until the court rules on your request. Forms may be submitted by mail via USPS or dropped in the express drop box located outside the court building.
